The Hot One is here and ready to rumble. Our bar manager has been carefully curating our house-infused chilli tequila, agave nectar & lime juice margarita. This ones not for the faint hearted. If you’re more of a sweet tooth, try the Passionfruit Martini. Canadian Club with salted caramel, passionfruit, lime & a side of Castelforte Prosecco. The Berry Fizz is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. We’re trying to keep the Summer vibes rolling with Chambord, cranberry, Veuve d’Argent Brut, dry ginger ale & Lebanese cucumber. See you at the bar soon.

Formerly a pizza restaurant, DAWSON has one of two Italian made Kuma Forni pizza ovens in Australia. Our woodfired oven features a mechanical rotating base so every pizza is cooked to perfection. We have vegan options however unfortunately no gluten-free pizzas.
